Wooden furniture is a natural product. It is important to consider this when placing an order. Scaffolding wood, but also mango wood, oak wood, Douglas fir and acacia wood are robust and authentic. That is also the charm of our furniture. Each plank is unique and color differences can occur. Furthermore, knots, cracks, tears and irregularities in the planks are inevitable, but we always try to limit this to a minimum.
Returns
For every product of Flair Home Styling a cooling-off period of 14 days applies, without giving a reason. These 14 days start on the day of receipt of the product. After 14 days we unfortunately cannot process your return. You may only return the product if it is still in its original condition, without damage. This means that a piece of furniture may not contain any traces of use or damage. Furniture must be returned in its original condition and (possible) packaging. If you have assembled the furniture, returning it is no longer possible. It is only possible to return the product, exchanging it is unfortunately not possible. If you still want a different color or size, you must place a new order.
Please check the furniture upon receipt
When you receive a piece of furniture, check it for any damage. Damage can occur during our delivery. If you sign upon receipt and later discover damage to the furniture, we are no longer responsible for this damage. That is why you should always check the furniture upon receipt.
Custom made cushions
If you choose cushions, you cannot return them. These are also custom-made for the furniture. That is why you cannot cancel or return them.
Return mattresses
Mattresses may only be returned if they are in the original factory packaging for hygiene reasons. Mattresses that have been removed from the packaging will not be accepted for return.
Address details
You must ensure that the furniture is delivered to our factory at Rouaanstraat 5, 9723 CA in Groningen .
It may happen that we do not accept the furniture. This happens when we discover damage and/or signs of use. If the furniture has been assembled by yourself, we cannot accept your order back. You must then collect the furniture from our factory yourself.
We will credit the amount within 30 days (the purchase amount excluding shipping and/or assembly costs). The entrepreneur uses the same payment method for reimbursement that the consumer has used, unless the consumer agrees to another method.

Any errors in the text or price cannot be recovered from Flair Home Styling.
Return conditions:
Client must ensure sufficient postage for returns, unless it is an unexpected error by Flair Home Styling.
Client is responsible for insurance and track & trace code for return shipment, Flair Home Styling cannot refund lost return shipments.
After careful inspection to ensure that the product is still in the same perfect condition as upon delivery, Flair Home Styling will refund the purchase price received to the client within 30 days of receipt, using the same payment method chosen upon purchase.
The products in question must be described in the relevant return form as items to which the return guarantee applies.
This is provided that no changes have been made to or on the delivered item.
This is provided that the delivered item is undamaged, in the original layout and in the cellophane wrapping.
This is provided that the client treats all items with the utmost care and neatly folds them and places them back in the packaging for return.
This is provided that all accompanying accessories such as discount cards, documentation, brand labels, and all packaging materials are included with the return shipment.
This is provided that the return shipment is back in the possession of Flair Home Styling no later than the 14th day after receipt of the delivered goods by the client.
If something is changed or added to the product according to the consumer's specifications, this is custom work. Purchases that are specially made to measure or specially made to order are not covered by this return policy.
Custom furniture can be returned, for example, do you choose a coating or treatment? This falls under customization.
If the client does not meet the obligations properly or in a timely manner, Flair Home Styling reserves the right to refuse the return shipment.
Warranty
The quality of our products is guaranteed for one year. Please note that this does not apply to the outlet models. If the guarantee provided by the seller concerns an item that was produced by a third party, the guarantee is limited to that provided by the producer of the goods, unless otherwise stated. After the guarantee period has expired, all costs for repair or replacement, including administration, shipping and call-out costs, are for the buyer and will be charged.
The products to be delivered by Flair Home Syling meet the usual requirements and standards that can reasonably be set for them at the time of delivery and for which they are intended for normal use in the Netherlands. The guarantee mentioned in this article applies to products that are intended for use in the Netherlands.
Any form of guarantee shall lapse if a defect has arisen as a result of improper or inappropriate use thereof, incorrect storage or maintenance by the buyer and/or by third parties. If it is established that a product is defective and a complaint has been made in a timely manner, Flair Home Styling will replace the defective product within a reasonable period after receipt of the return or ensure that it is repaired. In the event of replacement, the buyer is obliged to first return the replaced product to Flair Home Styling, unless Flair Home Styling indicates otherwise.
The buyer is also not entitled to claim under the warranty if the defect has arisen due to or is the result of circumstances over which the seller has no influence, including, but not limited to, weather conditions (such as extreme rainfall or temperatures), wood movement, shrinkage and expansion, especially for scaffolding wood furniture that is placed indoors, etc.
Warranty on wooden furniture
Wood is a robust natural product, so it will always work a little under the influence of humidity (expand or shrink). The wooden planks can then become warped. Do not see wood as a material that can be "tamed". Cracks and gaps can occur in wood depending on the temperature and humidity (especially indoors). No plank is the same in color and shape. The warranty on the furniture expires if you treat or adjust the furniture yourself. We work with steel screws, so the screws can oxidize over time.
